Flow Pure fits 98% of faucets with round-tipped aerators. All necessary tools and adapters are included. If the provided adapters don't fit your faucet, contact us with a photo of your faucet, and we will send additional adapters at no cost.

Shipping & Returns

Once your product has been processed, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in USA, 3 to 8 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. You will be sent a tracking number after your purchase.

If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return products within 30 days from the delivery date. For a smooth return process, please reach out to our customer service team

We provide 12 Months warranty, from the date of purchase for all our products.

If you believe you have received a defective product, or are experiencing any problems with your product, please contact us.

This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear and tear, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).

Yes, even treated tap water can contain residual chlorine, chemicals, heavy metals, and microorganisms. Our tap water filter removes these, improving taste and odor, and providing an extra layer of protection for safer, higher-quality water.
